  • Refunds & Returns Policy

    At Calm Farm Studio, we want you to love your purchase. We’re a small, independent studio, and we do our best to provide clear product descriptions and quality items. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan.

    Please read our policy below before placing your order.

    Change of Mind Returns

    If you change your mind, we happily accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

    • You must contact us first via hello@calmfarmstudio.com.au with your order number and reason for return

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

    Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs). Please allow a few business days for processing.

    Items Not Eligible for Return

    Due to the nature of some of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on stickers, as they are considered single-use items. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

    We also do not accept returns on:

    • Custom or commissioned artwork

    • Digital downloads

    • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@calmfarmstudio.com.au within 7 days of receiving it. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damage or fault

    We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

    Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

    This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you purchase has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund. We always aim to do the right thing and resolve issues promptly and fairly.
