About Calm Farm Studio
Calm Farm Studio is a quiet celebration of the Kimberley — the colours, the creatures, and the calm. It’s a little window into the landscapes and stories that live beyond the bitumen, where life moves a bit slower and the light hits different.
Naomi Lorkin started Calm Farm Studio after years of helping others find creativity and calm through her work in mental health, community services and education. Now, she pours that same care into her art — drawing inspiration from the red dirt, birdsong and peachy skies of Kununurra, where she lives with her family.
Naomi works on a diverse range of projects, from personal commissions to large-scale collaborations, always bringing a sense of warmth and connection to her work. Her illustrations can be found in homes as treasured prints, throughout the World Heritage-listed Purnululu National Park, and as free colouring pages in each issue of the Kununurra Sun.
Each print, sticker and keepsake is made to feel a bit like coming home — or like finding a little piece of peace, no matter where you are.
